Bonnie G. Fenster, PhD, is a research psychologist with expertise in the development of evidence-based prevention programs promoting health behavior and risk reduction for youth. Dr. Fenster has managed projects for the New York City Board of Education, New York State and private entities which have involved research design, survey development, project management, fidelity assessment, data analysis and reporting. In addition, she has provided the overall scientific management for numerous federally and state funded initiatives, including most recently being part of the New York State Prevention First! project targeting underage drinking by high school aged youth. Dr. Fenster has helped many communities in Westchester County attain Drug Free Communities Support Funding and has expertise in the Strategic Prevention Framework and environmental prevention strategies.

Araxi P. Macaulay, EdD, MPH, has helped develop, evaluate, and disseminate nationally recognized prevention programs for both youth and adults. In addition, Dr. Macaulay teaches and mentors graduate students at Teachers College of Columbia University in the Department of Health and Behavior Studies as an Adjunct Associate Professor. She has written and executed numerous NIH grants, peer-reviewed articles and presented at scientific conferences. As an NIH and SAMHSA Principal Investigator, she provided scientific leadership, overseeing data collection, protocol implementation, fidelity checks, follow-up data collection, analyses and the writing of published peer reviewed articles. Dr. Macaulay has experience in the Strategic Prevention Framework and has provided technical assistance and program evaluation to local communities throughout Westchester County.
